What is a Supposal™?

A Supposal™ is a conversation that lets a hiring manager talk with a job-seeker about the details of a job offer – salary, title, benefits and so on – before a job offer is extended. It’s a negotiation conversation that lets the hiring manager know what it will take to get this particular job applicant on board.
